FACILITY RENTAL PRICING

$3000 for use of combined warehouse, gallery and reception area.

WAREHOUSE

2700 sq. ft.  Accommodates approximately 270+ standing reception, 200+ seated event.

GALLERY

1700 sq. ft.  Accommodates approximately 170+ standing reception, 120+ seated event.

All prices are dependent on availability, event type and impact. All rentals include use of reception area, desk and kitchen. Additional Hours may be purchased at 10% of the rental fee/ hour.

Van Go is available for event rental based on our programming schedule.  Open dates are limited.  Please contact Van Go to see if your date is available.

Pricing includes a full day Saturday and the following Sunday morning to pick up rental items.

MEETING ROOM

Accommodates 20 around oval table.  Pricing begins at $100*. All prices are dependent on availability and event type.

COMPUTER LAB

12 IMAC 24″/2.8GHz/2GBRAM/320GB computer stations, MAC PRO instructor station, speakers, projector and pull-down screen.  Includes standard software plus Office 2008, Final Cut Studio 2, and Adobe CS4 Standard or Premium.  Pricing varies.

CATERING KITCHEN

Includes a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and large island.  Kitchen pricing begins at $150*. All prices are dependent on availability and event type.

DEPOSIT

A fully refundable deposit of $300 will be charged at contract signing and returned upon satisfactory event closeout.
